Jacob was really quick to respond to my job. Came round same day to quote, was knowledgeable and friendly. Called the next day (Friday) to confirm extras and book for the Monday. He contacted me to check colours i wanted for ridge tiles and turned up with his team promptly when he said he would. His team were polite, efficient and tidy. Excellent service given. Rang for a quote. Next day came out and completed the quote. Very pleased with price quoted for required repairs. Then completed the work the following day as weather forecast favourable. Very speedy service. Communication excellent from them. Sent before and after pictures of requirements and subsequent repairs. Excellent standard of work but yet to rain again yet so unable to ascertain that leak has been solved. But I’m sure it will have been. Work is guaranteed. No mess, no debris left. Full invoice given and easy bank transfer payment made.
