10 Fit full air conditioning system to conservatory.

From start to finish, communications with the company were good. Kept us informed on developments regarding sourcing units as the extreme heat made this difficult for suppliers to meet demand of fitters. Units delivered in good time ready for fitting. Agreed fitting day soon came, Matt (fitter) arrived in good time, worked diligently both outside and in to install units, was accompanied by Braden and electrician to finish job. Braydon and Matt are fantastic, they keep you informed on progress and work hard all day. You are then shown how all the units work and even if you have queries post install, a response comes quickly. The quotation process was quick and we were given a number of options that helped us choose. From the first contact Braydon was the most professional of everyone I approached. He sent a clear written estimate, asked sensible questions about the rooms, and gave honest advice on sizing rather than just selling me the biggest system. Braydon treated the install like it was in his own home with the attention to detail. Tidiness was spot on too. Everything was set up and configured before finishing, including wifi app and made sure everything was spotless.
