Tim was fast getting back to me when I first requested a quote. He got me booked in quick and catered to my day off from work. As well as servicing our boiler ready to move, he also sorted out an unexpected error code, he went the extra mile by getting in touch with the manufacturers and driving into sheffield and back for a part that was needed.
