Absolutely fantastic company to do business with. I rang Monday mid morning to say that my outdoor drain was overflowing, I was told it would be roughly tea time when they could come. By 3pm they turned up did a very thorough job of clearing the mess, gave an update of they're inspection. So grateful to have a fully functioning drain. Rob was very professional. Would 100% use again and recommend to anyone

Excellent communication throughout. Received a call within the hour to discuss the issue. Explained what was required and the fee. Received a text message when the guy was on his way. Arrived on time and got straight to work. Explained the problem and why it caused issues and also the next steps needed to resolve. Will definitely be using this company’s services again. Five stars for sure.

The drain was more problematic than we had thought. Diamond investigated as thoroughly as was possible, but subsequently it turned out that the drain was the responsibility of United Utilities as it served 3 properties, so it has been passed over to them.

The man arrived on time did what he had to do checked the drain jet washed and tidied up and reasonable price for the job would recommend

Rob phoned to say he was coming over today in the next hour which he did checked the drain manhole using cable cameras no issues found cleaned debris jetted all accessible drains put cover back on tidied up excellent service would recommend
