Four non-working sockets in my kitchen. Suresh came out promptly, diagnosed the problem first time, and sorted it within an hour. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and skilled, he takes an obvious pride in his work and looked genuinely pleased when he restored power to the previously dead sockets. Hugely recommended. And he was very kind about all the dust we found when he pulled the fridge out!
