I had a deep clean done a week ago. I am picky and the staff, specifically Yeter, were very attentive, hardworking and friendly. The team did a great job and I’m very happy with the quality of the service. Also I requested a next day service and it was done without an issue which I was impressed with. I’d book again!

I recently used Diamond Clean and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. My carpets genuinely look brand new — I was honestly surprised at just how much of a difference they made. The whole service was professional, efficient, and clearly done with great attention to detail. It’s not often you see such a noticeable transformation, but they really delivered beyond my expectations. I’d absolutely recommend Diamond Clean to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality service, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

I went via Checkatrade to hire this particular cleaning company. Anyway, I definitely would NOT recommend them and relevant photos are attached. Importantly, the Company were provided with a 'Right of Reply' and I will share their unhelpful (indeed, comical) response with Checkatrade separately to this negative review.
