  Laminated Floor Installations

  I was asked to pay 50% 0f the cost when the estimate was done. I was told cash payment was needed for balance when floor was done. I asked for Bank details for me to do a Bank transfer as I would not be there. The installer was refusing to leave my Tenant home until the balance been paid. Some one from their office also rang me. I told her as soon as I get back to my Hotel where the card and card reader was I would pay. I offered to pay over the phone with my credit card but that was not accepted. I received several phone calls before I got back to the Hotel. This is poor customer service.

  I had a great experience with this carpet shop. The staff was very helpful and guided me in choosing the right carpet for my home. The quality is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Delivery was on time and the fitting was done perfectly. Highly recommended!
