  Quality workmanship, business communication needs improvement

  The physical job of removing the aerial and securing the roof tiles was executed efficiently over the weekend. Due to weekend office closures, a Monday-Tuesday payment window was established. Payment was completed as promised on Tuesday. Regrettably, prior to the end of the business day on Tuesday, the contractor made high-pressure calls and threatened to undo the site repairs. The quality of the physical work was satisfactory, but the contractor's post-job communication fell well below professional standards.

  I was ignored I was advised you would pay Monday I was paid Tuesday you can’t go into a supermarket and take shopping and not pay

  Aerial Work

  The aerial man was very knowledgable and competent but he had to visit 3 times to get the equipment functioning properly. All is now fine. The cost was very very expensive - he explained why and at the time I had no comparisons with other aerial companies. Because he came through ‘check a trade’ I just went ahead.   Does not warn in advance there is a £50 call out charge

  Stephen came out, put metal fitting on coax cable and voila! Picture appeared. Cable had just been hanging from ceiling so I asked for it to be put it in trunking which I supplied. It was a 2.4 mtr length and he immediately cut it way too short, then stuck it on the wall. It was far from straight & only covered halfway down the cable. Job took 10 minutes - told it was £50 callout. I couldn’t bear to look at the end result so had to get another company out. There are much better companies out there so please read the reviews – I didn’t.

  Find it strange that you wher full of praise forgetting was in your loft I was checking signals coming in from other cables also £50 would you rather I done for free also you called me the next day asking for an electrician but hey if you want to leave false reviews feel free
