    Fast response, turned up same day at time promised, clean and tidy work, wore shoe protectors, washing machine door seal replaced in an hour, friendly and polite. Would recommend.

    Contacted and arrived all within 3 hours, fixed washing machine no problem, identified the fault, had the part with him on the van, tidied up after himself and was very knowledgeable. 100% would recommend and would use again. Exceptional service.
