Responded to quote quickly. Polite and professional. Reasonable price to complete the work. The replacement lock fitting was fine. Only frustrating was that not consulted about the re-fitting of the escutcheons which I wasn't entirely happy with and which could have been discussed with me as I was working in next room when work completed.

The gentleman that attended to complete my job was very helpful and carried out the job in a timely manner. He tidied up after himself and talked me through each part of the job showing me what was necessary to secure my property. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to friends and family. He came to my rescue in my hour of need.
