Electrician called day before to check what I needed and confirm arrival time. Went through and explained what he was doing.

Turned up on time as arranged, swapped 2 light fittings as requested and all working perfectly and got charged the price I was quoted. All good, thank you!

Called DH electrical to enquire about having spotlights fitted into my kitchen, spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone - jo, she advised that they would need to come out and do and in person quote and rang though some details with me, booked me in for the next day. The electrician came out and quoted, received the quote the same day and the agreed with the price, job was booked in for a few days later. The electrician turned up on time, was very polite, helpful , completed the work within the timescale quoted and even cleaned up after himself. Very satisfied with them and would recommend
