Damp proofing the basement

Had to re-do the work several times due to cracking and non setting of the cement. When the work was finally completed we had had to re contact due to damp still penetrating the walls. We fully paid and the work is supposed to have a 10 year warranty. Dave has told me he doesn’t care and good luck trying to hold him to that he isn’t coming to do the work and has blocked my calls. £6000 in cash paid and wasted for very poor workmanship. Please don’t use!

Help to rectify rising damp within the front porch. Work carried out w/c 22nd February 2016.

Work was carried out in February 2016 by David Hill to remove infected plaster and applying treatment etc. I was told that all work comes with a 10 year sovereign backed guarantee. Unfortunately a year later the problem reoccurred and a colleague of David's came back and carried out work similar to above. The issue of rising damp has reoccurred once again and I sent David an email with attached photographs. I was told by David that the work shown was not carried by him and that my house of 90 years old may have moved. Although David did agree to carryout further work he failed to turn up.

Good reliable service. Had a few problems, the guys got round them and came up with good solutions. Felt at easy and was really easy to work with, showed me why I had problems to get a better understanding .

The initial consultation occurred very promptly. The works were carried out at precisely the agreed time, with complete politeness, respect for my property and I was more than happy with the quality of the works carried out.
