I can't fault the customer service I received from this company. From my initial phone call with a very friendly and helpful lady, Ray quickly arranged a visit and was prompt providing a quote and arranging to do an excavation to investigate the reason for a sink hole which turned out to be something United Utilities were responsible for. Ray and the team were excellent. From initial enquiry to completion of the job was less than 2 weeks. The waste drainage was estimated, dug and installed in less than 2 days and the post work cleanup was excellent. Had a new gully and rest bend installed ready to move my soil stack outside. Ray and his team were here quick and did a brilliant job, and turned up exactly on time and they’re all nice lads. The work required taking up my concrete pressed drive, but they patched it back up and you can’t tell any work was done. We had a small problem with the way the concrete dried which wasn’t their fault, and they were back straight away to fix it.
