    💯% would recommend for repairs he was pleasant and even though what should’ve taken about 15 mins or so to repair took a bit longer couldn’t recommend enough

    Double charge

    Wouldn’t recommend. Dave came out to fix my washing machine and said the issue was a loose filter, but the leak continued afterward. When I contacted him again, he said he couldn’t return for another week and still charged me for a second visit—even though it was clear the filter wasn’t the problem in the first

    Was charged for work done which was not correct but as many others have said, when politely asked to come back and amend the work there were excuses after excuse and generally a poor attitude.

    Horrible Service

    This man came to repair my washing machine, took £60 and didn't fix it. It ended up in a worse state than it was at the start After I tried multiple times to contact him he kept ghosting. Eventually told me that he had been in hospital, even though I could see he was doing jobs (which is a disgusting lie). He kept delaying coming and wasting my time so I asked for a refund. After even more time waiting for a response he eventually agreed but then blocked me. Completely shocking behaviour from a business, horrible business model. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to throw away money.

    What a find this bloke is. Fixed my dishwasher in 20 mins the day after it broke down. Couldn't be happier with the speed of service, communication and quality of work.

    Sent an enquiry about an oven problem, he offered to come out within the hour! Came, ordered the part there and then, came back 3 days later as soon as part was delivered. Very good service, fair pricing.
