Found Dave of DG Roofing on Checkatrade. Had good reviews. Came around to provide quote. Very pleasant guy. Price agreed and date set. Dave stuck to every deadline, arranged scaffolding, skip and materials to be delivered and completed job in 2 days. Great team of lads, all friendly and polite. Worked solidly, only stopping for quick brews and worked 7 hour days. Would have no hesitation in recommending DG Roofing to anyone.

This is a follow up review from one I left back in September just to back up what was said then. Neighbour highlighted an issue with guttering at the boundary of our terraced property. The issue was no fault of Dave’s or what was done previously but went out of the way to sort on a Sunday anyway at no cost. Would recommend as stated previously.

I can’t rate Dave and his lads highly enough. Asked for a quote on Monday, came round that very day and gave what seemed a reasonable price for the full re roof. Intended on getting further quotes but hired on the spot as he seemed so genuine and was a local firm. Within the week job has been completed in full with no issues and Dave kept me informed the whole way. Did what he said he would do throughout, which goes a long way, and the lads he had working for him were all decent and grafted as well. Like I said can’t rate highly enough and would recommend to anyone looking for a roofer.

Needed full new roof due to leaky chimneys and whole roof had spray foam all over tiles. Very tricky job . Dave and the lads came round and offered a very decent Quote. They added extras into the service on the roof for a very minimal fee and generally bent over backwards to get the job complete in some tricky circumstances due to the condition of the old roof and all the poor weather at the time. I was thoroughly impressed with Dave and all the lads skills and work ethic. Was all done over a couple of week period and couldn't be happier with the work and overall service. Highly recommended!

Needed my chimney stack removed urgently. Had a quote from another builder that was ridiculous. Dave came same day I called and gave me a more realistic quote. He could do the job the following day. He arrived on time and explained everything. He showed me the before and after pictures and I was impressed with the time they took cleaning up after the job was done. I highly recommend them for the quality and service they provide .
