  Replacement Shower Cubicle, Shower and Tray

  Gary works like a Trojan! He tore out our old shower cubicle and tray, which was leaking, and replaced it all in a day and a half. Also recommended a supplier for the cubicle etc. They turned out to be just as reliable and well priced. Gary was happy to talk me through everything he was doing, explaining what he was doing and why (I'm an engineer, so I'm interested in detail!). His work ethic, quality of workmanship, price and reliability are brilliant. Highly recommended.

  Dream Bathroom

  Gary did me a full bathroom rip out and refit. From looking at the job to finishing it, it’s been a completely positive experience. His communication has been spot on and his attention to detail is second to none. My bathroom was a massive pain being an old house but he never complained and just got on with it! Such a pleasant guy too. Will be recommending him in the future!

  Bathroom wash basin leak

  I thought he had done a great job but then I discovered a leak on the wash basin and rang him, he said he would come and sort it that was 3 weeks ago and he still hasn't come back despite getting in touch with him again .

  Fantastic job

  I cannot fault Gary it has done fantastic job replacing my shower and enclosure . Will not hesitate to use him again he is first class at his job.

  Unreliable plumber - Cancelled job on the start day

  We arranged a bathroom job with Gary 3 months in advance. On the day of the job I text to ask what time he would arrive on site. He messaged back to say that he was cancelling the job as he felt it was too big for him to manage. Gary wasted 3 months of our time and left us with a project where we have prepared the room for work but now we cannot start until we find a replacement trade. The project will now be significantly delayed. Very disappointed.

  Bathroom remodel

  Really nice good team from start to finish cleaned up at the end of every day made sure we had water can’t fault the workmanship spot on courteous lads definitely would recommend to family and friends Thanks Gary and Craig and Nath down to earth lads and down to earth prices
