  Poor communication and a waste of time

  Really frustrating experience. I'm left with the feeling that Lee strung us along until he had a full diary of other easier jobs. Lee's communication was poor, consistently not answering or half answering my questions before ultimately suggesting we were changing too much from the original brief (for context, we asked for 2 changes). I dont doubt their work is good, but it feels important for people to know that our pre-work experience was terrible, and we've ultimately wasted a month, despite having politely declined other options due to DG Landscapes prompt availability.

  New block paving patio

  Delighted with our new patio area which required removal of a decked area and replacement with block paving to match an existing path. The job was well scoped and expertly conducted with exceptional attention to detail, also on time and to budget. Thoroughly recommended.

  Fantastic garden transformation!

  DG Landscapes have designed and built my back and front garden in two separate visits. Both gardens were designed at the beginning of the process and some lovely drawings provided which I have had framed. Both gardens were costed separately which enabled me to decide on building the back garden first and save up for the front. We now have a lovely back garden with paths leading to a large patio area with an oak pergola. The lawn was re-laid and new planting to an agreed planting plan. The front garden had space for 2 cars and now can fit 5 thanks to a new permeable driveway and a new fence.

  Lee and his partner Max worked with care and skill on the project, ensuring the brief was met precisely. They worked flexibly, tidily and with good humour. The resulting work was excellent: high quality workmanship and a terrific outcome.

  Removing our old crazy paving drive and replacing with pavers

  We couldn't believe that you could do such a heavy and messy job tidily but Lee and Max did. They were friendly, courteous and good company to have around. Discussions with Lee were always positive, he worked round everything we asked for and created original paving solutions in tight corners. They were careful working round our plants and nothing was damaged. Everything was tidied up each night and they made sure we could get in and out of the front door with as little fuss as possible. We'd have them back anytime!

  Fence construction

  We are delighted with our new fence and the wonderful service received from Lee and Max. Excellent craftsmanship and extremely professional with an understanding of helping us work within a budget but keeping the highest quality. We cant recommend this company enough.
