Very high standards. Fixed things other plumbers won't. Told me safety info. Boiler flow temperature should be 50 degrees. I checked it to share with friends & it's on the government HSE website. My house is challenging & he fixed extra problems not in the original quote. It was getting late but he didn't even ask for more money & turned it down when I offered but I didn't want him missing out just because he's so decent. For women he's a family man, we felt safe. Polite, tidy, friendly, top of class on courses. Keeps records, like boiler type, for next service & I will choose & trust him
