Initially thought fire service however broken electronic unit found to be faulty. Darren ordered new and replaced, then serviced. Manufacturer unit took a time to source and costly. Was warned and quoted by Darren.

I found Darren really easy to work with, very professional, great communication and very helpful when problems arose. I am so pleased with the fitting of the fireplace. I would definitely work with D G Fires again for future projects and highly recommend him. Thank you Darren !

Great communication from the start. Arrived at the agreed time and simply cracked on and got it done. Passed on some great advice too which was much appreciated. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Now in my saved list for future work.

We bought our fireplace from the Fireplace shop on Barrack Road, Christchurch and DG fires and Fireplace services fitted it Darren arrived promptly and was polite and friendly, he cracked on with the job in hand with skill, patience and knowledge and what seemed like a difficult job Darren made look relatively easy. Very tidy workman cleaning up as he went along., the finished job is superb and we highly recommend him and his work.
