  Bathroom refurbishment

  Just disappointed with the overall finish, especially of the tiling. Quality of the tiling disappointing. Spacers for the tiling snapped off & left in place. Tiling spacers incorrectly used so tiles don't line up properly. Damaged tiles where a disc cutter was used to prepare for grouting.Tried to cover up tile damage with grout. Grouting not completed.Bath panel had the ends cut off, so doesn't look good. Pipework altered for a pump to be fitted stopped the airing cupboard door from closing so had to be redone. New immersion heater tank faulty & had to be replaced. just didn't want him back.

  I appreciate your feedback although It would have been more productive If you had said something to me at the time. Several months have passed with no contact since this job. However, If I can do anything to resolve this, please email or telephone myself. I am a little bewildered as we communicated daily and the completed photographs of the job do conflict. I pride myself on a good customer service and can only apologise.

  Fix leaking radiator pipe

  Excellent service from Darren of DGC Plumbing. I described the leaking pipe issue and Darren explained over the phone how he would be able to repair it. He came to do the job as arranged and was polite, courteous and professional throughout. He repaired the leak and did follow up checks to the other radiator pipes to ensure no further leaks or air blockages. I thoroughly recommend DGC Plumbing.
