Very professional came early but fixed the issue

Advertised on Checka for a small, unpleasant job. The old toilet was 30+y old to exposed floorboards, drafty windows, threadbare wallpaper. Few traders responded but Dewi was most enthusiastic. Previsit. Explained pro-cons of options (concealed toilet - no. wall coverings - yes). Quote adjusted, but confusion over deposit. Would have preferred formal PDF for quotes/updates. Work mostly Dewi himself (plus super efficient Flooring guy: like an hour!) Very hard workers. Pro finish. Had to return an extra half day with a Saturday smile, which I find rare. Would hire again. Parents overjoyed.

Dewi came out this morning and had a look at a leak that we had coming from our shower and leaking into the kitchen ceiling. Dewi was thorough with his investigation, and was able to solve out issue promptly. He communicated everything very well - and we will definitely use him in the future for any further plumbing problems / bathroom renovations.
