Chris came quickly to do the work and left everything fixed. He spent a while on the phone to me to identify the problem. It was not straightforward but he would not leave until everything was fine and would not deviate from his quote, even though it had taken longer than expected. I felt comfortable with him and his abilities.

Communication was very good and quotation for additional work sent through very quickly. All relevant paperwork sent through quickly via email.
