First class experience arrived as arranged, knew his stuff and completed the work in a professional manner

engineer arrived on time as planned, he diagnosed the possible fault before attending and bought the correct part and repaired the problem in one visit.

I've used Devon boilers for a couple of years now and always found them reliable and competitively priced. Chris has an excellent knowledge of boilers and has repaired mine on two occasions now. The only reason he got 9/10 for time keeping was due to a part not coming in on time at the plumbers merchants and had to reschedule for the next day. Apart from that I am very happy with his work and seems a nice guy.
