  Bathroom Tiling

  Poor timekeeping and poor communication, I was asking for updates and had to ask when will come round next to finish job. Always late. Rubbish was left under the floorboards and did not cover bath so grout and tanking product stuck to bath. Bath is now damaged from trying to get stuff off of it. Did not take rubbish with them. Actual tiling is okay, few holes where grout wasn’t done but easy fix.

  I'm very disappointed with the recent review. I attempted to contact the customer but my messages were ignored. I have photos documenting each stage of the job, which included protective covering inside the bath. So I am unsure how the damage occurred. I've requested proof of the damage, but they have blocked me. I also contacted to ask if I could return and check the rubbish left behind. I left rubble sacks to store all broken tiles and placed them neatly to the side. I didn't charge for rubbish removal, as I incur charges for trade waste, and this service wasn't included in my original price. After the job, I sent an invoice and checked if everything was satisfactory. I was paid in full with thanks. The review was the first indication of their dissatisfaction. I believe the review is unfair, especially considering my communication throughout the project. I provided a transparent and fair price, was present on the agreed-upon days, and completed the job on schedule and without delays. I also managed this while balancing the responsibilities of having four children in two different schools, and I communicated my timing expectations clearly.

  Gave me a date but was able to fit me in earlier, good communication, polite, respectful and good pricing for work. Would recommend JD tiling to friends and family.
