Lewis was helpful considerate, courteous and reliable in all the work he undertook. He sought out what we needed, gave expert professional advice about the practical and financial costs of any improvements suggested and all were itemised on the quote. He undertook the work when he said he would and indeed stayed late to complete the work, when new firmware issues emerged. He made sure everything was explained and working to our satisfaction before he left and has been in touch since to check everything is okay. I have finally found my go to Pyronix Alarm maintenance company, after so many others let me down!! DPP were brilliant, they carried out the maintenance, took the time to understand what I needed and most importantly they were honest and friendly! Job location: EN11Lewis is very professional and very helpful. Explains all aspects very clearly and will answer any questions you have. He is the cleanest worker I’ve ever used and also made sure we was 100% happy with all of the work completed before he left and has also helped with a few questions since the alarm and cctv system has been installed. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a home security system!
