Design Roofing team did a fantastic job in replacing my roof. The team were very experienced and kept me fully informed of the day to day progress. They cleaned up everything at the end of the day and up dated me with the progress. I am very happy to recommend them.

Initial contact prompt. arrived for quote on time and very professional, sent email quote within 24hr. Arranged a day and date within 1 week of my contact. Unfortunately this date was cancelled due to sickness of a crew member. A second time was rearranged within the week. Job was completed and carried out within 3hours. It was a damp day so I had to put dust sheets down at house entrances and exits. Follow up excellent. Payment information was clear. Thank you John !

The original request to replace guttering and flashings became a more extensive repair job once John and the team discovered further underlying problems with the roof and advised accordingly. The result looks impressive and is already proving effective in preventing water ingress. The service was courteous and highly professional throughout. Many thanks to John and the team for their high-quality work.

Fascia replacement

John came out very promptly to talk over the job we wanted to have completed. It was a relatively straightforward job, but out of all the companies who visited John was the only one to take the extra time to think it over & get into details of how he would go about getting the perfect finish. The team that came to complete the work were very courteous, tidy & did an excellent job. Though he did not work on the job, John was onsite both days to check the quality of the finish & followed up with me (I was not there on the last day) to make sure I was also happy. We will 100% be using them again.
