Andrew agreed to come out and did so promptly. I informed Andrew that I have another person due to quote, that seemed to upset him and he said I wouldn't even want to quote. He got upset and said I don't want to do your job and hung up. Avoid anyone creating urgency and unhappy with you doing due diligence.
