  No Hot water - Boiler, failure to operate.

  We arrived home from our holiday to find (Classic) no hot water...a local plumber needed asap.... An emergency call-out message was left last night and Simon arrived this morning around 10.00hrs. Diagnostic checks with replacement parts, 30 minutes done... Clean tidy with an Excellent professional service ££. Now booked in for full service and hot water system check up etc. In our opinion a worth while preventative maintenance investment indeed, ..

  Replacement kitchen tap and replacement pipework

  Simon is a gem and a gentleman. He attended at short notice and on time to replace the kitchen tap. I was nervous about some of the existing pipework and he popped back a few days later and replaced it for me- no quibbles. He's a very honest and hardworking tradesman. Upon finding out that my gas engineer hadn't carried out certain safety checks on our gas fire days earlier, Simon carried out these checks at no charge, to make sure we were safe. I appreciate how safety conscious he is. A pleasantly chatty chappie, I would happily hire him again and recommend him to my nearest and dearest.
