  Replacement kitchen tap and replacement pipework

  Simon is a gem and a gentleman. He attended at short notice and on time to replace the kitchen tap. I was nervous about some of the existing pipework and he popped back a few days later and replaced it for me- no quibbles. He's a very honest and hardworking tradesman. Upon finding out that my gas engineer hadn't carried out certain safety checks on our gas fire days earlier, Simon carried out these checks at no charge, to make sure we were safe. I appreciate how safety conscious he is. A pleasantly chatty chappie, I would happily hire him again and recommend him to my nearest and dearest.

  Call out to fix central heating not working.

  Arrived quickly and found a fault with the central heating pump. Replaced pump and valves all within an hour of arriving. You just cannot get better than that. Would highly recommend. Many thanks to Simon.

  Faulty thermostat
