Unfortunately, despite the range of positive reviews about the quality of work etc, we’ve had an awful experience. Spraying completed before end of lease, but when inspected by independent inspectors, recorded as ‘dirt in paint’ and ‘dull paint’ requiring payment from myself to rectify. I asked for a partial refund for the proportion of work, received response refund would be provided when lease company sent proof they had rectified, accepting work substandard.
