  Unfortunately, despite the range of positive reviews about the quality of work etc, we’ve had an awful experience. Spraying completed before end of lease, but when inspected by independent inspectors, recorded as ‘dirt in paint’ and ‘dull paint’ requiring payment from myself to rectify. I asked for a partial refund for the proportion of work, received response refund would be provided when lease company sent proof they had rectified, accepting work substandard. No communication since despite text and letter sent.

  I gave an opportunity for me to inspect this work that had been inspected by what I can only imagine an over keen point to prove inspector as this is a very first criticism from a lease return only to be told it had already been returned and demanded a full refund of which I feel was a little unfair, I take pride in customer satisfaction & on the small occasions that something is not right I'm more than happy to oblige, I received no letters whatsoever of bills that this customer was said to have paid or received.

  I would highly recommend. Paul has been my go to person to repair paintwork on a couple of cars now. The workmanship is brilliant and he goes above and beyond to get the best outcome. Friendly attitude and gets on the with job leaving no mess behind.
