Very good experience with Sam. Communication was great throughout, even managing to get back to me when he was poorly. Few delays here and there with work but nothing that could be helped, with illness and van breakdowns. All work was completed very quickly and efficiently. Spaces tidied up, and anything explained very well. Would not hesitate to use again. Extremely reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Upstairs windows x 2 replaced. Excellent job done, completed really tidily with care, done on schedule and the windows look great. The draft designs were brilliant and helped us to achieve the result we needed for more privacy on the larger of the two windows. We opted for a film on one that you can't see into but looks like a normal pane and it reduces glare too. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Sam was amazing. So friendly, on time, listened to what I wanted but also was able to recommend better options based on his experience. For example how windows open in Kitchen, handle position etc. I love our front door. We had to wait a little bit for it as it was a non standard colour (lilac/pink shade) and Sam even drove up to Manchester to collect it as the delivery had failed to show up! Would definitely recommend Sam to anyone thinking about replacement doors/windows. After a previous very bad experience with Anglian I am so glad we chose a local smaller company this time
