We hired the company to repaint our lounge, dining room, and bedroom, ensuring the old paint and decorations were properly removed beforehand. The team was professional and meticulous, taking great care to prepare the surfaces before starting the repainting process. They demonstrated a high level of attention to detail, ensuring the final finish was smooth and flawless.
In addition to the painting, they also completed some electrical work, which was outside the original scope of the job. We were impressed with their willingness to take on this additional task and their ability to complete it

Fixed a blocked gutter.

Another builder had insisted the gutter could not be unblocked without putting up a scaffolding tower. Deniz Construction found an inventive way to do it for a fraction of the expense. They were really helpful and considerate and I would always try to use them again.

Replace of all soffit and fascia on a bungalow.

After seeing other good reviews I thought I would use Deniz to replace all of the soffit and fascia’s on my bungalow which I’m currently renovating. Now that the work is completed I couldn’t be happier. Milad was very good over the phone and mentioned several different styles of how the work would look once completed. He showed up early to the job to remove a table and chairs I had in the garden and protected everything with dust sheets with it came to drilling anything which I really wasn’t expecting from anyone. Pricing was very competitive as well so I will 100% be using Milad again.
