We had a good overall experience with Denham Crescent. The team were professional, the site was kept very clean throughout, and the initial quote was fair and transparent. Importantly, the project was delivered on time and came in on budget, which we really valued. There were a few finishing details that we felt could have been stronger, but when we raised them, they were addressed promptly and resolved without difficulty. Brilliant works carried out by Denham, smooth delivery of works and dealt with Building Regulations & Council nicely. Due to the nature of works on High Street, Mr Malik took extra care in managing the Traffic plan to accommodate the logistics. Labourers are also very professional and delivered a very tidy job. Denham Crescent did the refurbishment of my house in Mitcham and did the plumbing, electrical works, built in wardrobes, driveway, newly fitted kitchen with further extension and I am well impressed with their quality of work and the great service I have received.
