We were really pleased with the service from Paul. The gutters hadn’t been cleaned for years, but the work was carried out thoroughly and at a very reasonable price. The correct roof cleaning method was clearly explained (manual scraping and biocide rather than pressure washing) and completed to a high standard. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and photos showing issues found and repairs completed. Urgent items were highlighted and clear quotes provided for future maintenance, which has been very helpful since moving into the house.

Pawel provided a very professional service with excellent communication throughout. He is experienced and took the time to clearly explain the work and offer useful advice. The job included removing moss from the roof, applying fungicide, fixing leaking gutters and cleaning windows. Everything was completed to a high standard and looks great. Pawel also carried out a roof inspection and resolved additional issues he identified for a decent price. I highly recommend Pawel’s services. In addition, he supports a local greyhound retirement home with every booking which is really appreciated.

Polite, punctual and kept to quote - highlighted additional works needed with photos, didn’t suggest unnecessary work. Polite with neighbours, cleaned up well, checked all gutters were draining properly and good communication throughout.
