I’ve used Paul many times. He is professional and pleasant to have working at my home. He has also carried out work at my mother’s house who is 87 years old. She feels safe having him around and likes his personality and looks forward to seeing him.

The team was professional, friendly, and full of helpful advice on keeping it in great condition. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took throughout the process. Polite, punctual and kept to quote - highlighted additional works needed with photos, didn’t suggest unnecessary work. Polite with neighbours, cleaned up well, checked all gutters were draining properly and good communication throughout.

The team came in and turned around very quickly our gutters. They provided great feedback on areas to resolve the sofit/cladding. Checked additional areas for us with a smile. Really great operator and very happy with the professional work they provided.

My gutters had been neglected for ages and needed clearing fairly quickly. A man came the next day from DEMOSS,was very pleasant and cleared the gutters thoroughly. He showed me the results in a large bucket and told me that there were 2 loose tiles in the roof, but can wait till next year.
