Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish .The team carried out a demolition job at my house , including knocking down a large brick wall , and everything was done professionally, safely and to a very high standard .They arrived ontime , worked extremely hard ,kept everything organised ,and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards . Communication throughout the job was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Demo Solutions is a Solihull-based contractor providing professional demolition, Unlicensed Asbestos works, waste removal and clearance services for domestic and commercial clients across the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
Our demolition services include extensions, conservatories, garages, sheds and outbuildings, internal strip-outs, structural alterations, concrete floors and foundations, controlled dismantling and full site clearance.
We undertake Unlicensed Asbestos removal involving suitable materials such as asbestos cement roofing sheets, garage and outbuilding roofs, soffits, flue pipes, water tanks and other confirmed non-licensed materials. All asbestos work is subject to the required survey, material identification and site assessment, with controlled removal, secure packaging, transportation and compliant disposal.
Our waste and clearance services include house clearances, estate and probate clearances, garden and garage clearances, builders’ waste, commercial waste, construction site clearance and after-build or refurbishment clearance.
Every project is carefully assessed, clearly planned and completed with close attention to safety, property protection and responsible waste management. Following a site visit and confirmed scope of work, customers receive a clear written quotation with no hidden extras.
