  Saeeda helped us with structural designs and calculations to remove ;oad bearing kitchen wall and two chimney breasts to create big open space on the ground floor of our house.   Engineer Visit to inspect two walls

  Sam came around for a quick half hour visit and was extremely helpful. I had him look at two walls. One was found to be load bearing whilst the other not. Sam also suggested next steps if I am to do a loft conversion. Thanks Sam!
