  Engineer Visit to inspect two walls

  Sam came around for a quick half hour visit and was extremely helpful. I had him look at two walls. One was found to be load bearing whilst the other not. Sam also suggested next steps if I am to do a loft conversion. Thanks Sam!

  I was having a garage conversion done and needed someone to do the structural drawings and calculations. I contacted a number of companies but decided to go with Delta Design & Build. Saeeda was great with communicating with me and Sam came to my house the next day to look at everything. I was given the paperwork within a few days and it was all perfect.
