  Good services but requires more care with what they clean

  They did a good job with the service itself. However, there was an unresolved dispute about a broken part within the fridge that I believe was done during the clean by the team.

  Bedroom, carpets, kitchen, bathrooms and stairs all cleaned

  Decent job of cleaning the house. However I did find a fridge shelf and freezer drawer broken after they finished. They also did not inform me that these had been broken during the clean. Which brought their score down a bit and now I have to replace those.

  I cannot recommend Osato and her team at Deepfresh Service UK Ltd highly enough! From start to finish, they were professional, approachable, and warm, with constant smiles that made the whole deep-clean process stress-free. Communication was quick and efficient. I was in a bit of a pickle, and they responded immediately. They went above and beyond, completing extra tasks as needed, and didn’t leave until I was fully happy. The service was thorough, detailed, and very competitively priced. Truly five-star!

  3 Bed House Deep Clean

  Deepfresh did a full deep clean of my property following the tenant moving out and leaving a mess. I will book her service again and I would recommend her service.
