  We got a three person strong team to deep clean our flat at the end of our tenancy. Osato & her team were brilliant! They left a sparkling clean flat (plus steam cleaned the carpets) and were conscientious about doing a great job. They were also very reasonably priced. I’d definitely use their services again.

  Osato planned with me around my timetable as she understood how busy my schedule is, she was very kind and courteous. She worked very hard and did a fantastic job with the deep clean of my kitchen. The price was affordable and realistic too. Thank you for all your hard work Osato, will definitely recommend and use your services again!

  3 bedrooms cleaning

  The ladies were nice but I was absolutely disappointed in the work that I had to use their own products to re-clean the kitchen and living room whilst making paying. I was absolutely not happy

  Good services but requires more care with what they clean

  They did a good job with the service itself. However, there was an unresolved dispute about a broken part within the fridge that I believe was done during the clean by the team.
