Dean is very knowledgeable and understood exactly what i was looking for when installing the CCTV to ensure all the blind spots are also covered. He took time to explain everything and kept me updated with each step to ensure the CCTV was capturing what i wanted. After installing the CCTV, Dean took time to clear the surroundings and tidy up which is a pleasant gesture for someone who has spent 6+ hrs climbing ladders and drilling through walls. A great professional who loves what he does and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. Gaining over 20 years of experience working with CCTV in the retail industry, I established Decota in 2014 (originally named Secure Home CCTV) it was grown organically using only customer recommendations and the business experienced steady, gradual growth in its first 3 years. In 2018 it was time to grow the business further and it was re-branded ‘Decota’ ready for its online presence.
