  Find fault with electrics tripping sockets

  Well what can I say but my faith in human beings is restored. My mum who lives on her own had her electrics trip and would not reset leaving her without heating or electric. I phoned alun as mum is seriously ill and we needed to get the electrics back on for her heating. I rang him explained the situation and despite being really busy he arrived within45 mts as promised he and George found the source of the problem after hours of painstaking investigations . To have reliable experts to sort the problem took so much stress off my mum convalescing, fabulous service . I can't thank them enough

  Complete rewiring of our house

  From start the finish the communication and work carried out was very professional and totally reliable. Alun and his son explained patiently everything at every stage and that gave us confidence that we had chosen the best tradespeople to do the job on our new dream house. NOTHING was too much trouble. We are 100% happy with the end result and will be recommending Alun to any friends, neighbours and family who need electrical work carrying out without hesitation.

  Extractor fan installation in bathroom

  Alun gave me a call with regards to the job and was super knowledgeable and broke down all the information I needed to know. He was able to squeeze me in based on a cancellation so the job was completed just days after my request. Both Alun and George on the day did an amazing job, cleaned up after themselves and even gave me some pointers for other work I might need done with other tradesmen in future. Super helpful and reliable. Really impressed with their service, couldn’t recommend them enough and will 100% be sticking with Decksmart for future jobs.

  Alun and George are fantastic electricians and wonderful humans. They’ve helped me out of a few fixes, and always do so with friendliness, kindness, and total professionalism. I feel very lucky to have found them, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

  New Consumer Unit

  Can’t rate Alun and George at Decksmart highly enough From the first phone call via the checkatrade website Alun was in touch to discuss my requirements, after a brief discussion and some pictures Alun provided a quote and managed to fit the job in within a matter of days in between other jobs. They arrived at the time discussed and completed the job seamlessly while at the same time keeping me informed of what they were doing and why, all this made the job a pleasure. I can’t rate the dad and son team enough and am looking at additional work in the new year due to the positive experience.

  Electrical outage due to bad weather

  After our electric going out during storm darragh, we needed the expertise of an Electrician. I went on Check a trade and found Decksmart Electrical. Alun answered the phone and was amazing as he guided us through what we needed to do. Following his advice, the electric is now on and everything is back to normal. Thanks to Alun at Decksmart Electrical, we have been helped tremendously. Thank you Alun, have an amazing Christmas.
