An initial dishwasher repair turned into a full replacement. Steve was everything you hope for in a situation like this - polite, courteous, full of explanations as to the problem and the solution. All aspects of the job were professional and welcome - came when he said he would, sent messages regarding timings. cleared up and took the old machine away (left the cardboard etc, which I think is a permit problem) I cannot rate Steve too highly and unreservedly recommend him to anyone looking for a similar job.

My 10 yr old Washing Machine was misbehaving. Steve Debonnaire was recommended to me by a friend. He had done some work for her & they were extremely satisfied. A date was given & the approx timings were firmed up the night before. Sadly my machine was (as expected) not worth the cost of repairing with any certainty of a prolonged life. So, he disconnected my old machine & was on hand again when I purchased a new machine which he efficiently installed. He also fitted a new integrated oven for me and disposed of the old one. Professional, efficient, caring and helpful at all times. Thank you.

Steve was spot on, he arrived on time (within a day of me posting the job) told me honestly about my options and whether or not the repair might not be worth it, he fixed the heater and offered to call back should anything else be needed. highly recommended.

Great communication, fast response, on time, friendly and identified issues with cooker within a few moments. Will return and fit part early next week. Very reasonably priced.
