  My boiler broke down over Christmas and needed replacing, Ed from Deben Heating Services attended to assess, quote, then install and commission a new boiler. The service was incredible, as was the turnaround time, all works were completed within a week of the initial assessment and I can't recommend their services highly enough, 10/10.

  Highly recommend this company. Very thorough inspection given for the quote with no hidden extras. The installation team were extremely professional, polite and the quality of the work was excellent. Worked in a very timely and tidy manner, kept updated with the progress of the works. The team removed an internal boiler, replaced it with outside combi boiler. Removed 2 water tanks and pipework from the loft, the emersion tank and installed a new radiator in the lounge. All waste products removed. Will use them again next year for our annual service. Many thanks to the team.

  Boiler installation

  I have had previous boiler services and recently had a new boiler installed by Ed and his team. The service was first class and professional from start to finish. Ed is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. He gave clear explanations of the nature of the problem and the work needed. Excellent communication throughout. I am very pleased with the work carried out and the new boiler. Ed also managed to unblock a radiator that had been blocked for years and get it working. I am a very happy customer and I would highly recommend Deben Boiler Services.
