  Highly recommend this company. Very thorough inspection given for the quote with no hidden extras. The installation team were extremely professional, polite and the quality of the work was excellent. Worked in a very timely and tidy manner, kept updated with the progress of the works. The team removed an internal boiler, replaced it with outside combi boiler. Removed 2 water tanks and pipework from the loft, the emersion tank and installed a new radiator in the lounge. All waste products removed. Will use them again next year for our annual service. Many thanks to the team.

  Boiler installation

  I have had previous boiler services and recently had a new boiler installed by Ed and his team. The service was first class and professional from start to finish. Ed is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. He gave clear explanations of the nature of the problem and the work needed. Excellent communication throughout. I am very pleased with the work carried out and the new boiler. Ed also managed to unblock a radiator that had been blocked for years and get it working. I am a very happy customer and I would highly recommend Deben Boiler Services.

  Fantastic new boiler installation.

  Ed and his young apprentice removed all the old installation, boiler and water tanks, then installed a new boiler and associated pipework. They were friendly, helpful and very professional, explaining what was needed at every stage from quote to commissioning the new system. Their patience and understanding were greatly appreciated by my elderly mum, ensuring she understood everything that was needed and what was happening. Nothing was too much trouble. They provided an outstanding service. Already used them again to replace some taps.

  Excellent customer service from start to finish

  We had the big job of upgrading our existing heating system from a back boiler to a combi. Ed was very responsive to our initial request for a quote and was round within a couple of days. We received a very reasonable quote on the same day. When carrying out the work, they were very polite and considerate. They even returned on a Saturday to finish up the job which had taken a bit longer than expected. I would definitely recommend Deben Boiler Services!

  Boiler Installation by Deben Heating Services.

  New boiler installed by Deben Heating Services. The team did a brilliant job from start to finish. The price was fair, and the work carried out was to an exceptionally high standard. They were onsite at the arranged day and time. Answered all of my many inquisitive questions. Left the site clean and tidy. Correspondence, quote and payment all online. Would not hesitate to recommend Deben Heating Serviced to anyone requiring their services.
