Dean was prompt in getting back to our request, efficiently organised a visit and provided clear and easy guidance throughout the completion of the job. A few days after, the issue hadn't fully resolved and Dean very kindly came back to diagnose & fix the problem. We'd very happily contact Dean again for future plumbing issues.

Dean installed a new shower, radiator, serviced my boiler and issued a gas safety certificate for me. It was great working with him, he not only did a fantastic job at a reasonable price, he was also reliable, communicative, helpful when I asked questions and left everything impeccably clean.

I contacted Dean about a gas safety check and a couple of plumbing issues in my flat. He was very efficient, getting back to me a with a fair quote for the job, and fitted me in within a week. He was polite, friendly and professinal, sorted the gas safety in no time and advised me on the plumbing at no additional charge. I would happily recommend him :)
