Very friendly and professional company who arranged installation of new garage door for me. No pressure sales tactics and happy to provide a quote and give advice first. Dean Garage Doors were absolutely amazing! Charlie, their Technical Survey was friendly, punctual and very helpful. Our garage door was an obsolete type and Dean Garage Doors unfortunately no longer had suitable repair parts to mend all of it. Charlie suggested another firm and wrote down the technical specs for me of what was needed so I could explore accurately with other companies if they had the parts in stock needed to fix it. Amazing service! From the initial phone call, to the first visit to the installation I cannot fault this business. Everything was so professionally done I really wish every business I deal with was like this .
