I was very pleased with the service from the initial survey, advice and quote to the installation. Good communication, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The new door (an up-and-over) was installed extremely efficiently with no fuss, and overall I was delighted with the whole experience. Dean Garage Doors provided an extremely professional, friendly and quality service from the day we contacted them to provide their advice on the best option for us, throughout the whole process, culminating in the fitting of our fantastic electric double garage door. The communications were excellent, they were totally reliable, clean, tidy, efficient and timely. We were provided with clear instructions on usage. Vince reduced our final invoice accordingly as they had not used certain items originally quoted. This was extremely honest.
