Dean garage doors replaced our up and over door for a roller shutter. Comms were excellent from start to finish. The installation was done in half a day, the installers were friendly, explained everything that they were doing and did a very neat and tidy install. I would highly recommend Dean Garage Doors Ltd. I E mailed them on Monday using their on line form , included photographs of my garage door and the faulty cable. Five minutes later I received a call from Charlie, who advised that he could repair the door and gave me a quote. He also advised that he could fit me in the next day. On Tuesday he rang me 1/2 hr before arrival. He did a superb job, highly professional and to the highest quality. We’re absolutely delighted with the service from Dean Garage Doors. From start to finish, Charlie was excellent - always quick to answer my emails even before placing our order. Charlie even worked with our builder to ensure the new oak framed garage could be adapted slightly to get the widest possible opening for the double garage doors. His efficiency and on the ball approach gave us a lot of confidence in the business and we have not been disappointed.
