  Did a great job of my mother’s roof, very reasonable price and very tidy. He was also so helpful dealing with me rather than her, and wasn’t even cross when her check didn’t clear, just got back in touch to sort it without drama. Would recommend

  Total roof strip, new membrane, baton and replace tiles with insulation and under Building Control

  17th century cottage needing lots of TLC to old peg-tiled roof. We had numerous quotes, ranging from £7k to £70k to strip, replace membrane, re-baton and then re-tile using the old tiles. We spotted Dean’s sign on another property being worked on. Following a quick Facebook enquiry we were informed by numerous locals that Dean was the man to employ. His quote was realistic and fixed ( subject to unseen problems) and his attitude was a breath of fresh air. No sharp intakes of breath even when building control were involved. Tip: bacon rolls each morning make for a happy crew

  Slating of new roof, re-roofing old roof, and rubber for flat roof

  From the very start, Dean has been extremely helpful - from offering advice and providing material samples to passing on contacts - and always communicating clearly the time frames and next steps of the works. Dean and his team were always tidy and polite - very important with our family living in the house! The work carried out is fantastic - and many people have already commented positively on the new roof. Dean went above and beyond by helping arrange for the old tiles to be re-used by a reclaim company. We'd highly recommend Dean and would certainly use him again. Thank you!

  Repaired leak in roof

  So happy with the repair to our roof. Turned out to be a quick fix for the experts. Problem diagnosed instantly and really well explained. Very reasonable quote. A great price for a huge weight of my mind!
