    Emergency call out 2 days before Christmas

    2 days before Christmas and a million phone calls later with companies wanting to charge a lot or ask me to wait until after Christmas for a call out, I finally spoke to Ernest who managed to squeeze a call out to me the same day. He was very communicative and when arrived, was very thorough in his work seeking point(s) of entry for rodents in loft space. He quickly found point of entry but continued to do a thorough sweep through of the house to make sure I’d not missed anything which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He kept me fully informed with work he was carrying out and all is now good.

    Removal of Dead Rat from Loft

    Having found a deceased rodent in my loft and not wanting to handle it myself, I found Deadbug on Checkatrade and they came out the next morning at the time they said they would to remove the carcass and provide information/advice. Very good service.

    Excellent, professional, knowledgeable and effective

    Ernest did a visit to us within a few hours of our first call. He was professional and very personable and explained everything clearly, did a very thorough assessment of our pest situation... and successfully caught our unwelcome guest the first night. He gave good onward recommendations, and clearly knows his stuff. Excellent communication as well.

    Rats in garden

    Has reports of rats in the garden. Deadbug came out and did a full assessment and identified the areas where they were coming from. Poison was laid with a good follow up service and advice
