Ernest did a wonderful job getting a rat issue in our home under control. I can’t tell you how upset we were to find out there were rats in our beautiful new extension. Ernest came out swiftly and put an action plan in place. He explained clearly the various steps we needed to take and we followed them to the letter. We are now rat free. Contacted this Company about a problem with wasps. They came out quickly, arrived on time after messaging to say they were on their way. They quickly established that there was a nest in the roof.
