Mark was amazing. Great communication all the way through - advice of size of TV. Arrived at agreed time and put my TV up (and cleaned up) and offered advice on maintenance etc. Highly recommend!

Aerial moving

Mark came the same day I had been on check a trade. He is a real gentleman and informed me of my options. My tv aerial was overhanging the gable end of the house allowing birds to sit and foul down the wall and footpath. Mark has turned the aerial towards the roof, he was quick and very efficient explaining everything he did and charged a very reasonable price. Thank you Mark I have been bird mess free since you altered it

TV aerial fault finding

Mark messaged me a day after I posted on the Checkatrade app. He called round the same day and diagnosed the problem and advised me on what options there were and how to rectify it, advising it was an easy job to complete myself. He only charged me for a call out which was very honest & reasonable

A very rare individual. Mark arranged to call in tomorrow 03.06.2025 then later messaged to say he passing if ok for him to drop by. He was here in 20 mins. Very personable. Mark did a full diagnostics on our system and found no faults, he gave us additional advice to avoid potential problems. Mark would accept no payment for his expertise. Honestly, how many tradesmen would do that? An example to all tradesmen out there. Human kindness costs nothing but is a very rare aspect of a persons character found today. <><
