Danual came out to fix our Starlink today and was brilliant. He spent a lot of time carefully explaining what the issue was, talking us through all the options, and helping us find the most cost-effective solution rather than just trying to sell us the most expensive one. He’s also been incredibly helpful over the phone, giving advice and guidance free of charge. It’s rare to find someone so patient, honest and helpful. If you’re looking for Starlink or WiFi repair in Petersfield Hampshire, I would highly recommend Danual. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and a lovely guy.

I had cancelled my Sky subscription and wasn't getting any channels on the tv. Danual was so helpful and installed Freesat on the tv and programmed all my favourite channels and sorted out the Apps for other subscriptions. He was very knowledgeable and gave recommendations for possible tv upgrades, if I wanted them in the future. No hard sell and actually said that my current set up, was sufficient for what I needed.
