10000000/10 - I cannot recommend Dave Tim and Andy more. They have done such a fantastic job at our new home. Our new house just seemed to have one problem after another and there was so much that needed to be done (back to brick, plastering, rendering, replacing floor joints, building a bannister - the list goes on), none of it fazed them and they ended up working on our house for 3 months!! They are so dedicated and I can’t express in a review how grateful we are to them. We would recommend them to anyone and anyone would be lucky to have them working on their house. David inspected the job, told us what needed doing and quoted a price based on the work to be done rather than the time it would take. He gave us a date within two weeks when he would start and arrived on time. Work was carried out efficiently and everything left clean at the end of each day. David was very obliging, friendly and polite and I would recommend him for this sort of work.

David was prompt with his quotation and work commencement. Water had been coming into a bedroom assisted by a balcony from the flat above. This alco caused bad damp in a closet. Dave completed the work within a week and our resident stated he was excellent and the repairs completed.

Very courteous and prompt. Work carried out in time frame given and exactly as described. Cost was exactly as quoted. Left the house clean and tidy.

David gave me a very very competitive quote. He turned up when he said he would and finished all work on time and left the place tidy. He also completed work that he noticed needed done and just charged for parts used.

It took a while to organize due to how busy David was and to an accident one of his guys had, but once the time and date was set there were no problems. Guys turned upon time every day, did the work and cleaned up after themselves, couldn't really have asked for anything more. Would recommend them to anybody requiring similar services.
