The call back quote was quick and we agreed a competitive price for the initial job. Unfortunately, the job needed a replacement rather than a repair. Excellent all round. Chris replied to my enquiry to install a smart thermostat for my elderly mother very quickly, with all the details to hand, and did everything professionally. Everything was completed at the time agreed, and for tge price quoted.
