Called Doug afternoon of 29th Aug with a fault was able to come around early morning following day. Polite, tidy and helpful explaining the fault. Replaced the part, reset, checked and tested central heating and hot water. Very happy and asked for estimates for other jobs. Local, available, professional, fare, honest and friendly all you can ask. 10/10
