We were very impressed by their service. Excellent communication and explained the process clearly. We called them because of several invasions of flying ants which got worse and worse. After they finished and checked two weeks later no more ants had appeared. We would gladly recommend this service.

Super fast service! They arrived on the same day as we talked to them to remove a nest on our second story window. It was a fast job and it's completely gone now so we can be at peace. Highly recommend.

We have just had Tracy from DCM in to remove a wasp nest in our front porch. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and dealt with the problem expertly. Whilst she was with us she spotted and dealt with a second nest, which we had not noticed previously. This our fourth experience with DCM in recent years and we have always been very impressed with the whole service. Within 5 minutes of sending an email at 9 o'clock on Monday evening, Cassie had replied with a quote and a date for dealing with the problem. End-to-end it could not have been handled better.

Tracy so lovely and so helpful and knowledgable She was able to quickly identify a further wasp nest that we had not seen and remove quickly Tracy also helped by pointing out areas wasps could potentially use to create a nest and proactive steps we could take to lessen wasps building a nest

I contacted this company via email on Wednesday evening and by Thursday lunch time they had been, completed a survey of the problem and did the work needed. Could not ask for a more efficient company

The operative arrived on time for each visit, was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. She inspected my house and garden, laid bait in the appropriate places and gave very detailed advice about mouse proofing my home. It took four visits to completely deal with the mice but, as I have now implemented all her suggestions, I am hopeful the mice will not return. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DCM Pest Control to my friends and neighbours.
